Video shows NFL referee apparently saying ‘f–k you’ to Trey McBride

NFL officials must have felt some kind of way during Sunday’s action.

The Arizona Cardinals played on Sunday against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ Video went viral of a moment in the second half in which Cardinals star tight end Trey McBride argued with referee Jeff Seeman (who wears No. 45).

Seeman is shown on video apparently telling McBride, “F–k you,” multiple times. A backpedaling McBride saw the incident caught on camera and continued to point and laugh.

Here is the clip.

Seeman has been a line judge in the NFL since 2002. He is the son of the late Jerry Seeman, himself a longtime NFL referee who was the league’s Senior Director of Officiating from 1991-2001 and later earned his No. 70 NFL retirees.

McBride and the Cardinals, meanwhile, would go on to defeat the Giants by a final score of 36-24. Oddly enough, McBride wasn’t the only NFL player to fall victim to a referee’s behavior during Sunday’s games.
