The Seattle Seahawks are in a big hole as far as the NFC West title race goes. They are three games back on a losing streak against the San Francisco 49ers, who are 5-0 and look to have an easy night in hand against the 1-3-1 Washington Commanders, who were last seen running out the clock themselves and throwing away a likely win.
I, uh, I don’t care. The Commanders beat the Seahawks with a backup quarterback, so I guess that means they have a shot against the 49ers at their actual starting QB. Hey, if the Arizona Cardinals can look so inept most of the season and beat the Los Angeles Rams in their building, maybe Jayden Daniels is on to something. Dan Quinn can channel his inner Seahawks defensive coordinator and find the perfect gameplan to contain Brock Purdy and company.
ESPN/ABC has Monday Night Football broadcast at 5:15 pm PT.
Go Commanders! The 49ers loss makes the NFC West race more interesting again.
