New York Jets News: Team Faces Lose-Lose Scenario in Dolphins Game

Time to turn the page. In Week 7, the New York Jets will host the Miami Dolphins.

The 2-4 Jets opened as 5.5-point favorites over the winless Dolphins (0-5). Vegas clearly expects the Jets to win this game, and that’s the problem.

Head coach Aaron Glenn is looking for the first AFC East victory of his tenure. He is the only full-time head coach in franchise history to start 0-7 against the division.

If the Jets win this game, they get absolutely zero credit for doing so. Dolphins stink; of course you should have defeated them. What do you want, a cookie?

However, if the Jets lose, fans will demand his head on a pike for losing an unforgivable game to the garbage Dolphins.

This is a classic defeat scenario. If Glenn wins, he gets no credit. If he loses, people will call him out.
