The Green Bay Packers are still nursing their wounds (and drying their tears) from their loss against the Detroit Lions last week, but the NFL is a fast-moving beast. If they want to get back into the NFC North race and return to contender status, they need to act fast, as they will be primed for Week 8 of the 2026 NFL season.
On Thursday night, the Packers host the Carolina Panthers, one of the most inconsistent teams in the league right now. They beat the Falcons by 31 and the Lions by 6, but the Bears also destroyed them by 22 points and they are coming off a disastrous 30-point loss to the Buccaneers.
Will the Lions get some help from the “good” Panthers, or will the NFC North continue to rack up wins out of the division against a “bad” Panthers team?
