Week 4 of the 2026 NFL Season is now in the books, and it’s time for our latest NFL Power Rankings. All in all, things have been pretty bad this year, but at the same time, things have gone as expected.
This is what makes the NFL so confusing, but awesome. There have been a ton of surprising things that have happened, but at the end of the day, the NFL hierarchy looks like most of us would expect. After the first month of the season, we have to review the league hierarchy here.
Let’s dive into our latest power rankings. We’re basing our rankings on a team’s total body of work so far, since four games is starting to be a good enough sample size.
NFL Power Rankings: Cleveland shocks the world, while the LA Chargers hit the bottom
32. Tennessee Titans (0-4)
What else can be said about the Tennessee Titans? The Titans are now 0-4 on the season and lost to Baltimore in Week 4. Cam Ward went 20/31 for 222 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. He hasn’t been great in the first four starts of an important sophomore year, and it might be time to start that clock…
With that said, the Titans don’t have enough talent overall, so you could argue that Ward should get a third year and need the benefit of the doubt, especially considering it’s also uncertain if the team has gotten the right coaching staff.
Almost nothing works for the Titans. They are last in our updated power ranking.
31. Miami Dolphins (0-4)
Can the Miami Dolphins get a moral victory for losing by just 5 points to Minnesota? The Dolphins don’t come in last in our power rankings, because they haven’t really been embarrassed or anything, and that has to be good for something.
But as we’ve seen, this team is very bad, and it will stay that way all season. Malik Willis finished with just 85 passing yards on 9/17 passing.
