The Minnesota Vikings is making a lot of noise in the 2026 NFL season, but some fans are more interested in the literal sound of quarterback Kyler Murrayvoice following the team’s 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minn., on Sunday.
ESPN’s Lindsey Thiry interviewed Murray on the field after the game, asking the signal-caller about his thoughts on Minnesota’s defense.
Murray praised the Vikings’ stop unit, but fans seemed more surprised by the way he sounded.
Tell that kid to stop trying in a low tone 😂

Standing just 5-foot-10, Murray is a relatively small NFL quarterback, and his size has always been easy material for online trolls. However, he doesn’t let the outside noise affect him, with the Vikings rolling week after week.
Actions still speak louder in the NFL, and Murray and the Vikings continue to let their performance do the talking.
Against the Colts, the former Oklahoma Sooners star QB passed for just 150 yards and one touchdown with zero interceptions on 14/24 completions, as the Vikings’ defense stepped up and made life difficult for the Colts. Indianapolis gained just 218 total yards and scored just six points through the first three quarters.
Murray and the Vikings can further improve their unblemished record in Week 8, when they take on the NFC North rival Detroit Lions in a showdown at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.
