The New York Giants beat the Arizona Cardinals 36-24 on a walk-off Pick 6 by Deonte Banks. It was the second time in two weeks that the Giants ended the game with a big play by their defense. Banks redeemed himself after a ticky-tack pass interference penalty set the Cardinals up with 1st and Goal at the 4-yard line.
The Giants are now 3-1 on the season as they prepare to play the Washington Commanders in Week 5.

Fourth quarter
TOUCHDOWN GIANTS!
The cardiac Giants finished the game with an interception for the second straight week. This time, Deonte Banks steps in front of the last pass of the game and returns it for a touchdown!
The Cardinals were up 20 as we went to the 2:00 warning after the officials put 2 seconds back on the clock.
The Giants couldn’t fully bleed the clock until the 2:00 warning, but Dominic Zvada hit a 52-yard field goal to extend the Giants’ lead to 30-24 with 2:11 left in the game.
The Giants force another 3-and-out when Dru Phillips gets away with some contact to force an incomplete pass on 3rd and 3. The Giants take over at mid-field after a 45-yard punt. The Giants led 27-24 with 4:48 left in the game.
The Giants try to control the pace of the game and lean on their run, but the Cardinals don’t give up much on the ground and the Giants can’t overcome penalties. Jordan Stout came in for a great 47-yard punt to pin the Cardinals at their own 3-yard line with 6:00 left in the game.
The Giants defense came for Brissett again, with a tackle for loss, a big hit on the QB, and then a big pressure from Abdul Carter to force a panic toss from Brissett.
The big gain was quickly erased as Najee Harris fumbled the ball and the Cardinals recovered. The Giants just can’t seem to get out of their own way.
Jameis Winston escaped another sack on 3rd and 4 to find Isaiah Malamang for 34 yards.

The Giants opened the 4th quarter with a huge sack of Jacobi Brissett to push the Cardinals back to 4th and 18.
A wild game goes into the fourth quarter as the Giants hold Jeremiah Love on a 4-yard gain on 2nd and 11 as the third quarter winds down.
Third quarter
The Giants got the 2-point conversion on a run by Najee Harris to take back the lead, 27-24.
TOUCHDOWN GIANTS!
Jameis Winston threads the needle after a Cardinals penalty to find Theo Johnson over the middle.
The Giants caught a break as a holding penalty by the Cardinals on a field goal attempt gave them a first down.
The Jameis-coaster continues! The Giants gain the 40 as Jameis Winston escapes a 3rd-and-20 sack and finds Malachi Fields for a big gain.
The Cardinals regained the lead, 24-19, after Elijah Higgins broke free from Deonte Banks and caught the touchdown.
The Cardinals are knocking on the door of the endzone, but Deonte Banks makes a play. Chauncey Golston was shaken on the play.
The Giants give up their opening possession as Jameis Winston badly drops Isaiah Likely, or over-throws Darnell Mooney, and the ball goes right to Budda Baker.
The Giants received the opening kick-off after winning the coin toss and deferring.

Braxton Berrios is questionable to return with a foot injury, Jason Pinnock is being evaluated for a concussion.
Second quarter
The Giants gave up enough yardage for the Cardinals to kick a career-long 60-yard field goal to close the gap to 19-17 at halftime. The Giants will get the ball to start the second half.
Denzel Burke jumps on a Malachi Fields pass to intercept Jameis Winston.
CJ Okoye gets his first sack! The young DT just steamrolled right guard to bring down Brissett. Arvell Reese sacks Brissett on 3rd down to pick up 4th and 21.
Another Arvell Reese tackle for no gain brings us to the two minute warning.

Jameis Winston finds a wide open Malik Nabers for a touchdown. The Giants led 19-14 following the extra point.
INTERCEPTION GIANTS!
The Arvell Reese game continues as Reese comes up with a tip-drill interception to pick off a batted pass by Shelby Harris.
TOUCHDOWN GIANTS!
Winston broke through the pocket and found rookie Malachi Fields in the endzone for a touchdown. The Giants went for 2, but came up short after the ball was batted away by Chris Manhertz. The Giants trailed 14-12 as the Giants finally got a red-zone touchdown.
Isaiah probably made a great one-handed catch to get the ball close on first down. It was marked short on first down, but the Giants challenged. They won the challenge and were awarded a first down.
The Giants gained 15 yards after Jameis Winston was tackled through the facemask. That was followed by an 8-yard run by Cam Skattebo.
Arvell Reese continued to make his presence felt as he knocked down a pass from Jacobi Brissett, and the Giants got another 3-and-out.
Another Giants drive stalled with a 3-and-out as Jameis Winston struggled to make his strides and looked unsure of his protection.
Arvell Reese made a great open-field tackle to force a 3-and-out and get the ball back for the Giants.
The Giants couldn’t capitalize as Jameis Winston missed Darnell Mooney, followed by Mooney losing the ball when Budda Baker got a little hit.

Rookie linebacker Arvell Reese hit Jacobi Brissett as he was throwing, leading Greg Newsome II to pick off a wobbly pass. It was the Giants’ 4th interception in 4 games. Can they capitalize?
Dominic Zvada drilled a 50-yard field goal to start the second quarter. The Giants trailed 14-8 as the Cardinals set for their third drive.
First quarter
The great kick-off return was wasted as Jameis Winston ran into a sack. The team cannot overcome negative plays.
The Giants show a hint of life as Tyrone Tracy gains 55 yards (officially) on a kick-off return.
The Giants’ run defense isn’t even a speed bump at this point. The Cardinals led 14-3 after a 22-yard rushing touchdown.
Another trip to the Red Zone comes to an end. The Giants were forced to punt after three consecutive runs went unconverted on first downs. Dominic Zvada hits a 39-yard field goal as the Giants trail the Cardinals 7-3.
Nabers returned to the field and made his presence known.
Big 39-yard pass by Jameis Winston, and Malik Nabers stays down after the catch.
Not a good start for the Giants with a short return by Charlie Jones and a sack by Jameis Winston.
The Cardinals wasted little time putting up points. They turn great field position into a sprint down the field and a touchdown.

The Giants win the opening coin toss and postpone the second half.
Hudson will be the starting center for the Giants.
Reserve center Bryan Hudson appears to be starting against the Cardinals in place of John Michael Schmitz, who is believed to have become a father this week.
