The Broncos could acquire cornerback Patrick Surtain II this week.
Surtain is doubtful with his ankle injury.
He hasn’t played since Week 4 when he was injured against the 49ers. Surtain had his third consecutive limited practice Friday after returning to practice this week.

Running back Jonah Coleman (ankle) could also return.
Coleman, who went on injured reserve after Week 2, opened his 21-day return-to-practice window on Wednesday. He had three consecutive full practices.
The Broncos ruled out running back Tyler Badie (thumb), outside linebacker Jonah Elliss (ankle) and safety Talanoa Hufanga (ankle). No one practiced this week.
Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (chest) was a full participant Friday after being limited in Denver’s first two practices of the week. Waddle has not been granted game status.
Cornerback Riley Moss (ribs) was also a full participant Friday and was not given an injury designation.
