The San Francisco 49ers may be one of the few undefeated teams around the league, but when they head north to face the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, they will do so as underdogs.
According to the current line at FanDuel Sportsbook, the Seahawks are 3-point favorites (-110), and -164 on the moneyline, with the 49ers coming back at +138.
Despite another injury-plagued campaign already well underway in the Bay, San Francisco put together a pair of quality wins, famously beating the LA Rams in Australia in Week 1 and beating the Denver Broncos at home on Sunday.
The resilient 49ers will provide a good test for a Seahawks team that, despite a 3-1 mark, has yet to face a quality opponent. That will change in a hurry, however, as the NFC West clash begins in a four-week stretch where Seattle faces the Niners, Broncos, Chiefs (one of the other remaining undefeated teams), and Bears.
With Brock Purdy and San Francisco’s offense in good shape, and the Seahawks’ questions in the secondary, it’s easy to see the division rivals being dragged into a back-and-forth affair, with a total 47.5 looming Seattle beat the 49ers twice last season to win the Super Bowl at the 49ers’ stadium, but this year the Seahawks will be looking for their first regular season home win against the Niners since 2021.
