The NFL enters Week 4 with several outdoor games facing potentially difficult weather conditions on Sunday.
Rain is expected around many stadiums, while thunderstorms could affect games in Houston and Tampa Bay. The Rams-Eagles matchup in Philadelphia also faces a significant rain threat, while Baltimore could face continued rain throughout the Titans-Ravens game, according to Kevin Roth of MySportsWeather.com.
Not all matchups have weather concerns. Many games are expected to feature clear or mostly sunny skies, while the Dolphins-Vikings and Chiefs-Raiders games will be played indoors.

- Miami Dolphins at Minnesota Vikings: No weather impact is expected as the game is played indoors at US Bank Stadium.

Biggest Weather Concern for Week 4
Titans-Ravens: Baltimore has one of the clearest weather concerns on record. Temperatures should stay around 64 degrees with showers likely throughout the game. Light winds mean rain, rather than wind, should be the biggest factor.
Rams-Eagles: Philadelphia could see rain throughout the matchup, with the possibility of rain increasing after kickoff. Temperatures should remain around 66 degrees, while winds will remain light.
Cowboy-Texans: Houston has a 60-70% chance of showers and thunderstorms at game time. However, the retractable roof at NRG Stadium is expected to be closed, meaning the weather should not directly affect the playing surface.
Packers-Buccaneers: Tampa Bay may be the most challenging environment from a heat standpoint. Temperatures are expected to reach 88 degrees, with high humidity pushing the heat index toward 100 degrees. Scattered storms are also possible, creating a potential delay threat.
Lion-Panthers: Rain is expected around Charlotte, with the forecast calling for showers during Sunday Night Football. The wind should remain light, limiting the impact on passing and kicking.
The rest of the Sunday slate is generally favorable, with clear conditions expected in Chicago, Cincinnati, Seattle and Santa Clara. The two indoor games, Dolphins-Vikings and Chiefs-Raiders, will not be affected by the weather.
