Smith-Njigba’s highlight came on a 43-yard wide-open TD before halftime, cutting the deficit to four. It was one of six catches he made for at least 10 yards.
He remains on a historic pace, producing 27.5 PPR points per game, the highest mark among WRs this season, and leading the next closest by 4.4. It is also the highest of any WR of all time.
Smith-Njigba proved to be both QB- and defense-proof, reaching 100 yards in all but one game despite catching passes from backup QB Drew Lock and facing a Chiefs defense that allowed the third fewest points to WRs.
His next matchup will be against a Cardinals defense he’s already faced this season. He produced 42.5 PPR points and a WR1 overall finish in their last meeting.
