The Cleveland Browns’ rushing attack has struggled for most of the 2026 NFL season and saw RB Quinshon Judkins left Week 5 in a walking boot, adding to more concerns heading into Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens. On Monday, Browns HC Todd Monken said Judkins is day-to-day, along with LB Carson Schwesingerbut he won’t rule anyone out for Sunday’s AFC North showdown in Cleveland.
So far this season, Judkins has 73 rushing attempts, including Raheem Sanders (9) and Jaleel McLaughlin (2) the only two other running backs to carry the ball for Monken’s men.

The head coach reported that Dylan Sampson could be brought back soon from injured reserve but, according to multiple reports, the Browns are signing RB Audric Esteem also on their active roster:
Estime was a big play back for Notre Dame and was projected to be a Day 2 pick before falling to the Denver Broncos in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL draft. As a rookie playing with McLaughlin as the Broncos starter, Estime had 76 carries for 310 yards and two touchdowns. Last year, with the New Orleans Saints, the former Golden Domer played in seven games, carrying the ball 46 times for 198 yards and a touchdown.
The Browns will have to make a corresponding move to secure a spot for Estime on the 53-man roster. DBN will keep you posted when those steps become official.
Any thoughts on adding Estime to the Browns roster?
