The Denver Broncos will be home underdogs Thursday Night Football when they take on the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks in Week 6.
Both teams stumbled out of the gates starting the season 3-2 and fell behind their respective division leaders. They who win this game will keep up with their rivals, while the other will lag behind. I expect the national pundits to be all over the Seahawks in this game that the only love Denver gets is from us inside Broncos Country.

Collectively, our Mile High Report predicts a narrow Seahawks 23-21 win over our Broncos on TNF. Three of us actually won in Denver and two didn’t, but two negative nellies think the Broncos are headed for a beatdown at home. shame!

I was pretty close last week to the final score, so we’ll see if we can get close to the target again this week. There are two big question marks for me in this game. The first is how well the Broncos defense can handle JSN and the second has to do with the Broncos’ interior offensive line and how they can hold up against the Seahawks’ strong interior pass rush. Give me a little Bo Nix magic on this one and Denver moves to 4-2. – Tim Lynch

The Broncos are thankful to get this Thursday night home game and it will make all the difference. The defense creates turnovers with Darnold’s gaffes. Bo Nix took advantage of them with a big play from Jaylen Waddle. – Sadaraine

Denver’s primetime matchup against the defending champion Seattle Seahawks is a tough draw. Their defense is incredible throughout, is exceptional at limiting opposing attacks, and creating turnovers. While their rushing attack on offense is an issue, they have one of the most explosive wide receivers in the NFL in Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Denver’s secondary will be missing several players which makes me wonder if they can limit Smith-Njigba’s impact. With Denver’s offense struggling, I don’t have much faith that Nix and the passing attack will turn things around against a Seahawks defense that is giving up 150 yards per game through the air. – Chris Hart

We all see the issues with the Broncos. We know the struggle is real for the offense. Now, the defending champs are coming to Denver and it could get ugly. With key pieces missing on defense, and Bo Nix looking like he’s lost confidence, don’t expect much Thursday night. – Adam Malnati

This was one of those games where Nix and Denver found a way. And wearing throwback uniforms will give the Broncos a little extra magic on Thursday. The defense is doing just enough, and the offense is too late for a big win Thursday night. – Ian St. Clair
