2026 NFL picks and score predictions for every game in Week 9

Week 9 of the 2026 NFL Season is upon us. It’s exciting to think that after this week of football, the trade deadline will pass. As we move into November, each game will carry more weight.

The playoff races in both conferences will also heat up. The league is wide open, because you could argue that about 10 different teams are capable of winning the Super Bowl this year, and the same Super Bowl teams from a year ago are a combined 9-7 so far, so they’re also dealing with regressions.

Let’s dive into our weekly picks and score predictions for each game.

2026 NFL Season, Week 9: Picks and score predictions for each game

Thursday, November 5th

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Baltimore Ravens, 8:15 PM ET

The Baltimore Ravens are down to their third-string quarterback, and that might be as deep an analysis as there needs to be for this game. The Ravens are now 4-4 on the season and may not get Lamar Jackson back this year. Joe Fagnano isn’t guaranteed to play either, so it could get ugly.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a very good team and can play a banged-up, third-string QB. This is the brutal reality of the NFL sometimes. Jacksonville will beat the Ravens.

Prediction: Jaguars to win 30-10

Sunday, November 8th

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Atlanta Falcons, 9:30 AM ET (Spain)

The Cincinnati Bengals needed overtime to beat the Tennessee Titans, and the Atlanta Falcons lost to Tampa Bay. On a neutral playing field, I really think this game could go in the Falcons’ favor, as they have an aggressive defense, and outside of a horrible Week 8 performance in the rain, Michael Penix Jr and the Falcons offense have looked impressive this year.

In a game where the Falcons were playing pretty angry and wanted to erase the ugliness from Week 8, they pulled off a mini-upset with the Bengals, whose defenses were hit or miss.

Prediction: Falcons win 27-23
