Seahawks-Broncos Tuesday injury report: Drake Thomas still not practicing

The Seattle Seahawks had a short week where they didn’t have much time to practice for their Thursday night game against the Denver Broncos. As such, the Week 6 injury report is all based on estimates of whether or not players will be able to practice. This means I’m going to make a funny headline and I’m going to use “hypothetical” in this article.

Tuesday’s injury report wasn’t much different from Monday’s. In a world where the Seahawks practiced properly, Beau Stephens would be a full participant instead of a hypothetical limited participant. The only hypothetical DNP is linebacker Drake Thomas, whose ankle injury against the San Francisco 49ers wasn’t enough to completely knock him out of the game, but it was enough of an issue to keep him out of hypothetical practices and potentially the actual Broncos game.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s ankle tweak puts him in the limited “if I can practice” category, while Irv Charles is now fully on the active roster. It doesn’t look like Chazz Surratt’s availability to play Thursday, either.

Meanwhile, signs point to the Denver Broncos being without star safety Talanoa Hufanga and premier cornerback Patrick Surtain II. Riley Moss is expected to return from injury, so their starting secondary isn’t completely out of action.

Here’s the real damage report for hypothetical, estimated skills:
